Alberta physicians are being offered new guidelines -but not official policy -on how to provide followup care to patients who have gone abroad for a controversial new multiple sclerosis treatment. The Alberta College of Physicians and Surgeons has circulated an information document written by a group of doctors giving advice on managing MS patients who have travelled outside Canada for so-called liberation therapy.
