About 200 people attended a rally on Parliament Hill in Ottawa Wednesday afternoon over the controversy surrounding what is labeled the 'liberation' treatment for MS patients, a treatment created by Italian surgeon Paolo Zamboni. Rally organizer Andrew Katz has had MS for 23 years.
