People who believe a new multiple sclerosis treatment should be available in the Canadian health-care system say they understand why New Brunswick's physicians are approaching the issue cautiously.

But with the growing list of positive testimonials from New Brunswick patients, they say physicians should keep their minds open about the liberation treatment - a procedure that improves the flow of blood through a patient's veins.
